A FEW PRAYER REQUESTS:

PLEASE PRAY FOR MADELINE LENTZ, ONE OF OUR ORIGINAL PARISHIONERS WHO IS IN VERY SERIOUS CONDITION AND NEAR DEATH.  PRAY THAT GOD GRANTS HER A VERY PEACEFUL DEATH AND LIFE EVERLASTING.

ALSO, PLEASE PRAY FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE SOUTH WHO ARE BEING HAMMERED WITH TORNADOES AND RAIN.  BROTHER DOMINIC TOLD ME TODAY THAT THERE WAS DAMAGE TO THE STEEPLE AND BELL TOWER ON OUR KENTUCKY PARISH CHURCH (ST. JOSEPH) AND THAT THE WINDS WERE AROUND 100 MPH.

PERSONALLY, I HAVE SEVERAL FAMILY MEMBERS WHO LIVE IN THE PATH OF THESE STORMS AND WOULD APPRECIATE PRAYERS FOR THEIR SAFETY.

  2. Its so true! Every one of us has so many sick family members, fallen aways, and other intentions. Father said that this is a sign of the end times as well.
    Keep praying!!!

  3. I can't help but wonder what will happen on the west coast, especially California. Not much is happening here weather wise but we are past due for earthquakes here, big ones I mean. I will pray for all the above. I too have noticed that the prayer list keeps getting longer and longer!

  4. It seems some of these tornadoes were actually F5's - steel washers and dryers literally shredded - had to be a lot of power to shred steel; cars, trucks also torn up, demolished. Could not help but note how many churches destroyed in areas by these storms, as well as in recent worldwide earthquakes.

Survivors in the towns hit all say there were warnings, but the storms came on so fast. 330+ deaths - survivors all relate how they prayed!
